Container Lift Service (“we” or “us”) understands the importance of clear and transparent information regarding shipping and returns. Here’s what you can expect when purchasing a cargo container from us.
Shipping
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for your cargo container will be calculated at checkout and depend on the container size, your delivery location, and your preferred delivery method. We offer various shipping options to best suit your needs.
Delivery Timeframes: Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. We typically aim for delivery within [estimated timeframe, e.g., 5-10 business days] after order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your container is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Delivery Process: Upon arrival, your cargo container will be delivered to the designated location on your property. It’s important to ensure the delivery path is clear and accessible for the size and weight of the container. Please note: Offloading and placement of the container at your desired location may require additional arrangements on your end.
Returns
30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for new, unused cargo containers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping costs. Used cargo containers are not eligible for return.
Return Process:

Request a Return Authorization (RA): To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@containerliftservice.com or call us at (916) 780-8227 within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with an RA number for reference.

Prepare the Cargo Container: Package the cargo container securely in its original packaging, if possible. Ensure it’s properly secured for transport to avoid damage.

Return Shipping: Ship the cargo container to the following address, referencing your RA number on the package:

We recommend insuring the shipment for its full value and obtaining a tracking number for your records.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned cargo container and verify its condition is new and unused, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used cargo containers
- Custom-ordered cargo containers
