What types of containers do you offer?
We provide standard sizes (8ft, 10ft, 16ft, 20ft, 40ft, 50ft), specialized containers (refrigerated, flat pack, open top, steel cabins, tunnel containers), and customizable options for homes, offices, and security units.

What condition are your containers in?
We offer both new and used containers. Used containers are wind/watertight and structurally sound. All containers undergo pre-shipment inspections.

Can I customize a container?
Yes, we offer customization including doors/windows, insulation/ventilation, electrical fittings, and custom paint. Contact us for a quote.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), bank transfers, and certified checks (for special orders only).

What should I know about pricing?
Prices exclude taxes and delivery fees. Some orders require deposits. We currently don’t offer in-house financing.

Shipping & Delivery

What are delivery costs and timelines?
Costs vary by container size and delivery location (request a quote). Processing takes 1-2 business days with transit time of 14-18 business days.

What are my delivery responsibilities?
Ensure your site is accessible, obtain necessary permits, and inspect the container upon delivery (note any damage immediately).

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible, unmodified containers in original condition. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

Do containers come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide a limited structural defect warranty (terms provided at purchase). This excludes normal wear and misuse.
