Return and Refund Policy
Container Lift Service (“we” or “us”) is committed to providing our customers with high-quality cargo containers and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-days return policy.
Returns
You may return a new, unused cargo container within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping costs. We cannot accept returns on used cargo containers.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at contact@containerliftservice.com.
- Package the cargo container securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Ship the cargo container to the following address, referencing your RA number on the package:Container Lift Service Attn: Returns Department 251 Little Falls Dr Wilmington, DE 19808 United States
- We recommend that you insure the shipment for its full value and obtain a tracking number.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned cargo container and verify that it is in new, unused condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used cargo containers
- Custom-ordered cargo containers
